In 2020, we launched our proprietary staffing platform, Works. Works helps hospitals solve one of their biggest challenges: filling every shift in an environment where demand for healthcare services and labor costs are increasing exponentially. With Works, facilities can create their own on-demand nursing workforce and manage all the details from a single system. Using predictive insights and recommendations, Works helps hospitals react to fluctuations in demand, while its staffing marketplace creates competition to fill open job requisitions with high-quality, active talent.
Trusted has support from top institutional investors such as Craft Ventures, Felicis Ventures, StepStone Group, and Founder Collective, as well as healthcare innovators like Texas Medical Center, Mercy Health, Intermountain Ventures, Town Hall Ventures, and Healthbox. What we're looking for
The Manager, IT & Security will serve as the leader for Trusted’s IT team that includes IT support, management and Security. We’re looking for a hands-on leader that will create impact through building and leading a small but mighty team and supporting 150+ employees. The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude, is a quick learner and takes pride in driving cross functional initiatives through strong alignment and collaboration.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and drive process improvements across the company as it relates to onboarding, offboarding, software licenses & contract management, Desktop support and provisioning, etc.
- Support Security audit requirements for ISO and SOC2 by interfacing with auditors and project managing the deliverables across the organization.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship and career growth opportunities for junior IT support specialists.
- Collaborate with executive leadership in finance, people, operations etc to build seamless and transparent processes around budgets, contracts and other IT related decisions.
- Have a customer service mindset and find areas of improvement where automation can be applied to streamline scale of operations.
- Recruit, Hire and mentor talent as needed.
- Establish a culture of accountability, transparency and learning and be a culture champion on the team and across the organization.
- Collaborate and Communicate across all levels of the organization for IT process rollouts and security initiatives
Who you are
- Hands-on leader, comfortable working at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to describe the problem and vision, combined with the capacity to dive into minute details
- You have startup experience; scaling small to mid-size startups
- You’re an early adopter of technology for IT platforms and know how to embrace modern IT thinking
You have
- 3+ years of experience managing IT teams , 7+ years of experience with corporate IT with start-up experience preferred
- Experience working with US companies is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- English fluency is required
- You have experience using Google Apps (G Suite), Microsoft and JAMF Casper Suite, Kandji
- Experience with IT cloud services and automation, Okta integration, MDM, etcExperience with ISO Audit, SOC2 is a huge plus
