What we are looking for:
The Head of Revenue Operations will support scaling of Trusted’s Revenue team with specific focus on the Works enterprise workforce management platform. This role will identify and implement the processes, resources, and data needed to optimize and scale the success of the team to achieve revenue and growth targets. This leader and direct contributor will support a team that drives all business development activities, including demand generation, prospect engagement, and early stage lead development. They will partner with the SVP, Revenue and Account Executives to optimize the design and usage of sales automation tools and coordination throughout the sales cycle.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the demand generation and business development functions for Trusted’s Works team, which is focused on delivering high-impact workforce management software and services to US-based healthcare systems
- Play a key role in shaping our growth strategy - including campaign development, targeting strategies and successful integration of automation tools in the sales process
- Support the development and career growth of existing and expansion team members across demand generation and business development
- Engage directly in business development activities, including campaign automation, qualified lead engagement and early-stage customer meetings (player/coach mindset)
- Develop and maintain a strong competency of the Works platform and operations value proposition by meeting regularly with Works’ Director of Customer Operations
- Partner with Brand Marketing to develop and refine sales collateral (e.g., sell sheet, pitch deck, case studies, etc.)
- Drive data-driven decision making processes throughout the commercial organization
- Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics such as forecasting, funnel analysis, and market segmentation
- Support executive analyses and deliverables for internal, board, and investor stakeholders
- Support the sales team using Salesforce with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics
- Assist with on-boarding and training new sales hires
- Take an active role in developing go-to-market strategies for emerging opportunity segments in healthcare workforce management
- Identify tactics and resources for gathering competitive intelligence, including conducting client win/loss interviews

You have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Established competency with healthcare technology or workforce purchasing cycles and processes
- 5+ years in a commercial, sales, or revenue operations role with a proven track record of success
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications
- Advanced level proficiency with Salesforce, sales engagement, & BI tools
- SaaS experience preferred

Trusted reasonably anticipates the below to be the annual base salary range for this role. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position.
