Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and proactive Senior Product Designer to join our product team at TrustLayer. You will be responsible for leading design from end to end, from discovery to delivery. We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in solving problems creatively, focusing on user experience (UX), and iterating quickly. This role requires strategic and analytical thinking, creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead user experience and user interface (UX/UI) design for our platform.
• Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows that prioritize usability, adoption, and development efficiency.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate product vision into actionable design strategies.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and identify user needs to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into development.
• Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and testing.
• Develop and maintain style guides and component libraries.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Demo prototypes and new features to various audiences, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
• Produce clear and detailed design documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a product design role.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex design problems.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, prototyping, and design tools (Figma).
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong emotional intelligence, coupled with creativity and a drive to innovate.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles and best practices.
• Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate design concepts and decisions.
