Position Overview:

The Demand Generation Operations Specialist will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive demand generation strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of modern demand generation best practices, proficiency in managing various ad platforms, and the ability to analyze and act upon performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Marketing Automation: Build and execute sophisticated multi-touch campaigns in HubSpot, including workflow automation, personalized content delivery, and segmentation strategies to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Ad Platform Proficiency: Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid search, social media advertising, and content syndication.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer's journey, utilizing personalized content and automated workflows.
  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, effective follow-up, and alignment on target personas and messaging.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine demand generation processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate and enhance campaign elements, including ad creatives, landing pages, and email subject lines.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand generation strategies that align with business objectives and target audience insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of demand generation best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple ad platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Admin and management experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
