As our Enterprise Demand Generation Lead at Vanta, you will be responsible for driving growth and pipeline generation for our Enterprise segment. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to establish, test, and revise growth strategies that support pipeline and revenue goals.

What you’ll do:

• Pipeline Creation: Develop, supervise, and experiment with top and mid-funnel marketing initiatives. This may include developing strategies that encompass account based marketing (ABM), field marketing, paid and owned surface tactics.

• Customer Retention: Augment our programming for customer marketing, focusing on retention and expansion.

• Drive ICP Engagement: Lay the groundwork for pipeline generation aimed at our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

• Lead Conversion: Align end-funnel marketing strategies to enhance lead conversion in partnership with the Sales and Product teams.

• Content Campaigns: Conceptualize and roll out diverse content campaigns for promoting education and engagement.

• Team Collaboration: Work synchronously with the growth team and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring objectives are met through shared roadmaps.

How to be successful in this role:

• 7-10 years’ experience in Enterprise marketing, with a focus on demand generation and managing campaigns touching the entire marketing funnel.

• Be obsessed with funnel efficiency and data.

• Love details and process-oriented optimization.

• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce and Hubspot; experience with 6sense and Clearbit are a plus.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $165,000 - $194,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
