Lead the design and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and customer engagement programs.
Regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives, using key performance indicators and data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement.
Manage a team focused on customer segmentation, email marketing, and retention strategies, providing guidance and mentorship to drive innovation and results.
Ensure that all lifecycle marketing activities are aligned with Vanta's brand voice, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
How to be successful in this role:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, or related fields, ideally in industries such as SaaS, B2B, or e-commerce.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, customer segmentation, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.
Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
