As the Staff Program Manager, Marketing for Vanta, you will help Vanta marketing plan for and meticulously execute integrated and impactful marketing moments and serve as critical glue between the marketing, growth, revenue and product teams.

What you’ll do as a Staff Program Manager, Marketing at Vanta:

  • Roadmap planning and prioritization: Build, maintain, and communicate Vanta’s marketing roadmap from a single source of truth. Work across teams to track execution, milestones, risks, and dependencies

  • Integrated marketing: Work between our growth, product, and corporate marketing teams to land impactful, integrated marketing moments that resonate with our customers

  • Program management: Quarterback complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders, including annual operating planning (AOP), planning for marquee marketing moments (our user conference, brand campaigns, so on), and large scale product or corporate launches.

  • Frameworks thinking: Create and implement systems and frameworks that accelerate Vanta’s ability to launch and bring products and marketing to market

  • Product partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Vanta’s product operations team to bring Vanta’s product innovations to market and inform new and existing customers

How to be successful in this role:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience (Integrated Marketing, Marketing Program Management, Marketing S&), etc), with at least 3+ years in B2B SaaS

  • Strong experience implementing and scaling processes and programs across the company, especially within marketing

  • Ability to bring clarity to complex areas of collaboration at the company level

  • Is metrics and data driven, and has a commercial minded approach when solving problems

  • Has strong business acumen, allowing you to make strategic business decisions that drive the business forward

  • Effectively communicates with and influences cross functional stakeholders

  • Is a strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration

  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving execution of a product launch to developing our long term product operations strategy

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $205,000 - $241,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
