As the General Manager, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Vanta, you will be responsible for managing and growing local market teams based in and around our offices in Dublin and London, defining and executing on strategies to grow revenue in the EMEA region through sales and partnerships, and delivering a world-class customer experience to in-market customers. The ideal candidate has management experience leading a business unit with P&L responsibility, a strong regional network, and a cross-functional background in marketing, sales, customer experience, and partnerships.

This is a full-time role that will report to Vanta’s Chief Revenue Officer.

What you’ll do as a General Manager, EMEA at Vanta:

  • Develop and implement the growth strategies and an annual operating plan within your markets by collaborating with global Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and Finance teams

  • Manage and scale a revenue team, executing on a high rigor sales process that meets and exceeds established revenue, retention, and expansion goals

  • Help set and manage your team’s goals, monitor team productivity, and drive workplace and cultural norms that align with Vanta’s company values

  • Partner with Vanta’s Revenue Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure all KPI targets are met, running a rigorous operational cadence to inspect the business on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and developing initiatives to optimize key metrics

  • Represent Vanta as the face of the company in your markets, establishing a market presence in keeping with Vanta’s brand strategy, corporate strategy, and values

How to be successful in this role:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a data-driven mentality

  • 10+ years prior experience in an operations management role in the EMEA markets with experience leading a business unit and/or managing a P&L, particularly in mid market or enterprise SaaS

  • Experience leading a large cross-functional team, including working closely with revenue operations, enablement, finance, and business systems teams

  • Mastery of coaching to value-based selling methodology (such as Command of the Message)

  • A high bar for inspection, evolution, and execution in the business

  • Succinct, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication

  • Impeccable cross-functional partnerships

  • Understanding of how to leverage GTM resources including Enablement and Revenue Operations to further the work of the team

  • Strong eye for talent, both in hiring and in advancing the careers of Vanta’ns

  • Independent operator, capable of leading a team in a rapidly changing hypergrowth environment
