The Role and You

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire revenue organization and own accelerating Quarterly Quotas for ARR Targets

  • Serve as Player/Coach with accelerating personal and team Quotas until team is large enough to reach Quota without you

  • Orchestrate the entire revenue org with goals and management so that marketing, sales, and customer success all contribute to ARR growth

  • Develop a mastery of our industry (Lightning Infrastructure) to consult with CEO and Marketing on maximizing our competitive advantages

  • Contribute to Voltage’s presence as an industry leader with appearances and presentations at industry events and thought leadership platforms including webinars, podcasts, and social media

  • Understand the Voltage customer base intimately to maximize customer retention, grow ARR, and identify gaps in product

  • Establish Lighthouse customers in key industries like Banking, Exchanges, Global Payments, POS, etc.

  • Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to C-Suite Meetings, investor pitches, and presentations for the Board of Directors

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of B2B FinTech or SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals

  • Demonstrated success managing teams of 10+ to hit quarterly ARR targets

  • Documented success building a >$10 Million Pipeline in an early stage company with a modest marketing budget

  • Documented success closing millions of $ in ARR at Pre-Seed, Seed Stage, or Series A company

  • Demonstrated success in Marketing strategies - leading events and generating thought leadership content

  • Demonstrated success in Customer Success - leading renewal and upsell campaigns

  • Showcase the capability to work efficiently in a remote environment, ensuring productivity and effective collaboration with team members

  • Willingness to continuously learn about products/services and industry trends

  • High ethical standards and integrity in all dealings with customers and colleagues

Additional Value:

  • Personal Experience buying Bitcoin and understanding it’s value

  • Professional experience in the Crypto Industry - familiarity with thought leaders, media, milestones, and events

  • Experience building onboarding and training documents like a sales playbook and rep certification content

  • Experience pitching to investors and presenting at Board Meetings

  • Experience negotiating salaries and commission plans that don’t exceed established budgets
