About the Job:

If you are an experienced sales professional who embraces the full sales cycle (from outbound to close) and has the drive to embrace a growth-stage startup with an exciting product, then this is the role for you. We want someone capable of not only initiating the sales process, but is skilled at closing deals and being a key contributor on a high-performing inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be self-directed requiring minimal supervision, have strong communication skills, a bias towards action, and strong experience generating initial meetings for inside sales reps.

OTE: $150-200k

Used by top 100 golf courses across the country, our software streamlines staff workflows, improves club communications and enables better hospitality and member experiences.

Job Description:

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to contract negotiations and closing deals and generating SaaS revenue for the company
  • Identify, target and engage with club and facility decision makers to demonstrate our award winning SaaS products and solutions to public and private golf courses, racquet clubs, eatertainment and other sports-related clubs and facilities.
  • Work together with your teammates to ensure we hit our revenue goals, including working with product on feature requests and customer workflows
  • Build, test and refine your sales technique to support revenue growth
  • Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with strong track record of achieving results
  • Solid skills in outbound prospecting, sales presentations, and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated experience in bottom of funnel sales activities such as contract negotiations and stakeholder management through deal close
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Zoom and other software tools
  • Build, test and refine sales processes as we expand into new markets
  • Experience high-growth startup environment with previous experience in a closing role for SaaS based products
  • Some travel required for customer visits, conferences and relevant industry events

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of achieving results in a fast-paced startup or high growth sales environment
  • Passion for building long term customer and partner relationships
  • Consistent record of hitting sales quota and achieving OKRs
  • Process orientated - embraces playbooks, processes and best practices
  • A love for closing deals and finding solutions for customer workflow problems
  • Working knowledge or experience in golf, tennis, and other club sports a plus
