As the Manager, High Volume Recruitment, Distribution Centre, you will build high-performing teams by sourcing, evaluating, inspiring, and securing high volume, world-class talent. THE ROLE

As the Manager, High Volume Recruitment, Distribution Centre, you will lead the team to:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Establish a proactive approach to building an effective Distribution Centre talent pipeline
  • Sourcing the best talent and delivering the right people to put forward for assessment
  • Assessing and selecting the best candidates that meet our key attributes of employment
  • Inspiring candidates with all Aritzia has to offer, exciting them about the role, the company, the career opportunity
  • Securing in top talent with compelling offers

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, High Volume Recruitment, Distribution Centre has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
    • Experience in high volume hiring
    • Experience securing Supply Chain talent is a plus
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
