👋 Hey there! We’re Woflow

From restaurants to bars to grocery stores and yoga studios — these merchants require multiple technology platforms to help run their businesses. Think online ordering, third-party delivery, and POS systems. Woflow is building the data rails to help platforms onboard and connect these merchants seamlessly. Today, we automate catalog onboarding and enrichment for platforms like Square, DoorDash, and Walmart. We're a fast-growing Series A company looking for superstars on our Design team.

🎉 Join Our Team as our Second Product Designer!

You'll be designing products that enrich merchant data, the secret sauce that powers many of the largest delivery platforms globally. Your creative input will help support the advancement of cutting-edge AI features. You'll also have the opportunity to shape software that serves tens of thousands of freelancers around the world.

If you're excited about starting things from scratch and love solving tricky puzzles, even when things are a bit fuzzy, then this position is perfect for you! Join us and let's make awesome things together!

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution with engineers and product teams, overseeing the transformation of your designs into fully functional features.

  • Deliver innovative designs that don't just solve customer problems, but also move the needle for the business.

  • Work independently to explore concepts from beginning to end, yet also develop healthy feedback loops to ensure the end users love your final product.

  • Show initiative in enhancing our products, proactively identifying problems and devising solutions.

  • Collaborate with the Product team to craft user-intuitive product copy.

  • Engage in user research to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products.

  • Lead and deliver design projects of large and sometimes ambiguous scope.

  • Sustain and enhance our design systems for desktop and mobile. Work closely with engineers to ensure design consistency, effectively translating styles and components from Figma to actual code.

  • Applying a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving.

✨ Desired Background

  • Excellent visual design skills and a high-level understanding of visual solutions for all screen sizes.

  • Proficiently utilize design tools like Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Display a preference for taking action, skillfully finding the middle ground between perfection and finishing tasks, all while making the most of your time.

  • You've designed and built great tools with lean teams in the past.

  • You bring unique strengths and perspectives to the team.

  • You've got the writing chops and user intuition to distill complex ideas into clear product copy.

🥩 & 🥔s

Why you might be excited about us

  1. We're working to solve a massive global problem.

  2. We're small. You'll quickly have responsibility over big areas of our product.

  3. Our rockstar team has a wide range of experiences (c-suite at VC-backed co, YC founder, exited engineering savants, etc.) and is excited to learn from you, too.

  4. We will mold your role to shape a career you're excited about. We care a ton about your satisfaction and job happiness and will help prep you for whatever you're looking for in the future.

Why you might not be excited about us

  1. We're small (~30 people). If you like more established companies, it's not (yet) the right time. On the flip side, you'll help build out our company's culture.

  2. Since we're an early-stage startup, projects and priorities will shift. A lot. You’ll find yourself juggling 20 balls over some aggressive weeks.

  3. Since you'll have a lot of responsibility and creativity over projects, they may not be defined perfectly initially. You'll be expected to bring your own experience and drive projects after just your first 30 days.
